To a Beautiful Person…YOU!
If God had a refrigerator, your picture would be on it.
If He had a wallet, your photo would be in it.
He sends you flowers every spring.
He sends you a sun rise every morning.
Whenever you want to talk, He listens.
He can live anywhere in the universe,
but He chose your heart.
Face it Friend, He is crazy about you!
God didn’t promise days without pain,
laughter without sorrow, sun without rain,
but He did promise strength for the day,
comfort for the tears, and light for the way….
Try not to become a person of success
but rather to become a person of value.
There is no drug like love, no cure like laughter,
and no experience like life…
So be happy and always
have your shining smile
Think Outside of the Box
You are driving along in your car on a wild, stormy
night, it’s raining heavily, when suddenly you pass by
a bus stop, and you see three people waiting for a bus:
1. An old lady who looks as if she is about to die.
2. An old friend who once saved your life.
3. The perfect partner you have been dreaming about.
Which one would you choose to offer a ride to, knowing very
well that there could only be one passenger in your car?
Think before you continue reading…
This is a moral/ethical dilemma that was once actually
used as part of a job application. So what is your answer….
You could pick up the old lady, because she is going
to die, and thus you should save her first;
* or you could take the old friend because he once
saved your life, and this would be the perfect chance
to pay him back.
*However, you may never be able to find your perfect
mate again.
The candidate who was hired (out of 200 applicants)
had no trouble coming up with his answer.
Guess what was his answer?
He simply answered: “I would give the car keys to my
old friend and let him take the lady to the hospital.
I would stay behind and wait for the bus with the
partner of my dreams.”
Sometimes, we gain more if we are able to give
up our stubborn thought limitations. Never forget to
“Think Outside of the Box.”
So can you tell me what was your answer?????
*got this from my mailbox & thought I’d post this….
somethin’ for you to ponder on with deep thoughts

God LOVES you UNCONDITIONALLY no matter how you LOOK like…
“O house of Israel, can I not do with you as this potter?
Says the Lord, Look as the CLAY is in the POTTER’S Hand.
so are you in My hand O house of Israel.”
Jeremiah 18: 6 (NKJV)
God formed you and created you
Mold you and made you the way you are
You are perfect in His sight
You are unique and wonderful to Him
Your attributes were fashioned exactly
the way He wanted you to be
But why is it that when we look at the mirror
and don’t like what we see we start to question…
Why didn’t I have her hair? her nose…her eyes?
Oh if only I was slimmer like her and tall like her…
I could have gotten those muscles and six packs abs
and his charming personality that draws much attention
We flip through the pages of some fashion magazines
and sometimes it can be discouraging to see the models
and celebrities who seemed to possessed all the beauty,
fame and riches combined …we may be tempted to covet
their talent and charm at times….and we start to wonder…
Why did God created her to be such a GLAM?
Why such a GQ Hunk stature?
What an ENCOURAGEMENT we find today in the words of
our Lord in Jeremiah…that He is the POTTER and we are the
CLAY in His hands…and as Isaiah and the Psalmist prayed…
“But now, O LORD, You are our Father;
we are the clay, and You our potter;
and all we are the work of Your hand.”
Isaiah 64:8 (NKJV)
“I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well.”
Psalm 139:14 (NKJV)
God looks at you and adores what He see
God watches you and smiles when you are
thankful in the way He created you
God is pleased when you accept the
BEAUTY He formed and fashioned in you…
the beauty of His Spirit radiating
from the inside out…
“Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing,
But a woman who fears the LORD, she shall be praised.”
Proverbs 31:30 (NKJV)
God LOVES you unconditionally no matter how you look
You are the perfect Ms. UNIVERSE & Mr. UNIVERSE in His eyes
He is delighted in this lovely sight that He has made…
a BEAUTIFUL Virtuous Woman of God of noble character
a HANDSOME Gentle Man of God who is CHRISTLIKE in his ways
What a JOY to have the CONFIDENCE of His blessed assurance…
So next time you stand in front of the mirror, hold your head up high
and SMILE knowing that God CREATED you exactly the way you are
UNIQUE and PERFECT in His standards and most specially
because YOU are LOVED by the Lord UNCONDITIONALLY!

Who am I?
by Casting Crowns
Who am I, that the Lord of all the earth
Would care to know my name
Would care to feel my hurt
Who am I, that the Bright and Morning Star
Would choose to light the way
For my ever wandering heart
Not because of who I am
But because of what You’ve done
Not because of what I’ve done
But because of who You are
Chorus:
I am a flower quickly fading
Here today and gone tomorrow
A wave tossed in the ocean
A vapor in the wind
Still You hear me when I’m calling
Lord, You catch me when I’m falling
And You’ve told me who I am
I am Yours, I am Yours
Who Am I, that the eyes that see my sin
Would look on me with love and watch me rise again
Who Am I, that the voice that calmed the sea
Would call out through the rain
And calm the storm in me
I am Yours
Whom shall I fear
Whom shall I fear
‘Cause I am Yours
I am Yours
When your FRIEND seems DISTANT…
FRIENDSHIPS are often tested by SEPARATION & SILENCE
when you are divided by physical DISTANCE & you are unable to TALK
with each other…FRIENDSHIPS involves times of CLOSENESS & times
of DISTANCE…these are some things you must go through to mature your
FRIENDSHIP…you have to learn to TRUST each other in the absence of
confirming circumstances…and HOLD on to GOD…and not on your
FEELINGS…to keep you TOGETHER…you have to put your FAITH in
GOD and allow your FRIENDSHIP to be centered & focused on our Lord
JESUS CHRIST…surrendering completely to Him so that your
FRIENDSHIP will remain and last this lifetime and beyond…
until eternity… then you will be FRIENDS FOREVER!
FRIENDS of Christ and FRIENDS in Christ….
“this is my BELOVED, and this is my FRIEND”
Song of Solomon 5:16 (NKJV)
“a FRIEND loves at all TIMES”
Proverbs 17:17 (NKJV)
“a man who has FRIENDS must himself be friendly:
but there is a FRIEND who sticks closer than a brother.”
Proverbs 18:24 (NJV)
“greater LOVE has no man than this,
than to lay down one’s life for his FRIENDS.”
John 15:13 (NKJV)

One FLAW of Women
Women have strengths that amaze men.
They bear hardships and they carry burdens,
but they hold happiness, love and joy.
They smile when they want to scream.
They sing when they want to cry.
They cry when they are happy and
laugh when they are nervous.
They fight for what they believe in.
They stand up to injustice.
They don’t take “no” for an answer when
they believe there is a better solution.
They go without so their family can have.
They go to the doctor with a frightened friend.
They love unconditionally.
They cry when their children excel and
cheer when their friends get awards.
They are happy when they hear
about a birth or a wedding.
Their hearts break when a friend dies.
They grieve at the loss of a family member,
yet they are strong when they think there is no strength left.
They know that a hug and a kiss can heal a broken heart.
Women come in all shapes, sizes and colors.
They’ll drive, fly, walk, run or e-mail you to show
how much they care about you.
The heart of a woman is what makes
the world keep turning.
They bring joy, hope and love.
They have the compassion and ideas.
They give moral support to their family and friends.
Women have vital things to say and everything to give.
HOWEVER, IF THERE IS ONE FLAW IN WOMEN,
IT IS THAT SOMETIMES THEY FORGET THEIR WORTH.
* A FRIEND sent this to my email….
Thought I’d post it here to all the Women…
To remind us of our WORTH …this is for us!
and for all the Men out there…
Take time to appreciate the Women in your life…
Your wife…your mother…your sister…and friend
This is her TRUE WORTH…give her a HUG today!

a Refreshing VACATION in Retrospect…
What is your IDEA of the PERFECT Weekend Getaway?
lying lazy in the sand in a tropical beach resort sipping fresh juice
listening to the soothing and calming sound of the waves
enjoying the beauty of God’s wonderful creation…
I just had mine
it was awesome!
from day one…
a few days before the trip…excitement fills me
this will be my first time to visit this beautiful
island beach resort in the southern part of our
country called Bohol Beach Club….
truly a five star accommodation treat
the food in the buffets….sumptuous!
all the staff were friendly and helpful
providing excellent service to the guests…
I call it a RETREAT to SOLITUDE
had a GRAND TIME admiring GOD
in His magnificent and glorious creation
and being INTIMATE with Him
over the weekend…
the long shoreline of white beach sand
with the golden sun in the background
of the immaculate sunset…so divine!
lying in the hammock slung between the
palm trees on the beach feeling the breeze
while looking out on the sea…so serene!
what a BLESSING…thank you Lord for this
wonderful treat of having stayed in this
perfect paradise resort…so refreshing!
meditating in God’s PRESENCE in the
middle of this beautiful island setting
I learned…
God shows us a PATH of LIFE…
His PRESENCE surrounds us
with His FAVOR evermore…
“In Your PRESENCE there is fullness of JOY
at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.”
Psalm 16:11 (NKJV)
I have experienced these…
I will tell of His GOODNESS
I will tell of His LOVE
I will tell of His JOY
that fills my HEART
and overflows in my
whole being….
Praise GOD from whom all BLESSINGS flow
Praise Him all creatures here below
Praise Him above the heavenly host
Praise Father, Son and Holy Ghost
Amen!

God of Wonders
by Chris Tomlin
Lord of all creation.
Of water earth and sky.
The heavens are your tabernacle.
Glory to the Lord on high.
God of wonders beyond our galaxy
You are holy, holy.
The universe declares your majesty
You are holy, holy.
Lord of heaven and earth
Lord of heaven and earth
Early in the morning
I will celebrate the light
When I stumble in the darkness
I will call your name by night
Hallelujah, to the Lord of heaven and earth
Missing our Bro on Good Friday
We all lounge comfy on my bro’s couch
it was a full house in his living room
for our Good Friday movie marathon
from dad to the youngest member
of the family…
“So let it be written…so let it be done…”
seeing Charlton Heston and Yul Bryner
makes my mom come back into her
teenage years…the first time she watched
her favorite actors in the 50’s….flashes the
memories when she was in her sweet 16’s
As I was observing the faces of my kids
and my nieces…the teenagers of this
generation on the other side of the room
they aren’t as fascinated as their
grandma as we watched the DVD in the
white wide brilliant projector screen…
What actually interests them was the movie
lined-up that we will be watching afterwards
”Joseph the King of Dreams” and “Happy Feet”
Warner Bros. movies….but nonetheless the first in
line was “The Ten Commandments”. I remember
years ago…me and my siblings also grew up
watching these kind of movies for holy week viewing…
I believe the message of this epic film is clear and plain
GOD is ALL POWERFUL and there is no other God like
Him…He is God of all ….He is the God of WONDERS
as depicted in the wonderful display of God’s awesome
miracles and power in the scenes of the deadly plagues,
opening of the red sea, the writing of the ten commandments
by the finger of God…
Sunked in the couch for more than three hours and hearing
“Thus sayeth the Lord God of Israel: Let my people go.”
it’s not the cinematic effects and digital amazing visuals
that we are after “The Ten Commandments” but rather
the TIME of BONDING that we will share together watching
as a FAMILY…wonderful times…fun…and memorable
LIFE is about RELATIONSHIPS…
So we make the most of it while our love ones are with us
sometimes for some reasons one family member will be
relocated and will be living far away from us…and we will
“MISS” them truly …and what we will have are the beautiful
memories that are engraved in our hearts that we have
made with them when they were with us….and the LOVE
that was shared…for love has no time and no boundaries….
love goes on and on and on…..love breaks all barriers….
We miss our bro Eric…he is now in Nevada with wife Marie
and my beautiful niece Bea…wish they we’re with us watching
with the whole family…I remember every summertime was
wonderful times together for all of us…spent in our vacations…
even our family gatherings at our parents place for weekends….
I hope and pray brother and his family are all doing well…
I bet they are missing us too as much as we miss them!
Dear Heavenly Father,
I pray for our dear brother Eric
Watch over him as he is far from us
Lift up his spirit when he is down
Cheer him up at times of loneliness
Comfort him at times when he is weary
Inspire him when his hopes are dimming
Protect him from all harm and keep him safe
I pray for favor and success to be upon him
Bless him with wisdom and open of doors of
opportunities for him in all his endeavors.
I pray for his family as well…
Bless Marie and Bea O Lord
watch over them and send your holy angels
to guard and protect them everyday.
Fill their family with Your love abounding
and Your provision for all of their every need.
In Jesus Name I pray. Amen.

My Redeemer Lives
by Crystal Lewis
Who taught the sun where to stand in the morning
Who told the ocean you can only come this far?
Who showed the moon where to hide ’til evening
Whose words alone can catch a falling star?
Well I know my Redeemer lives
I know my Redeemer lives
All of creation testify
This life within me cries
I know my Redeemer lives
The very same God that spins things in orbit
He runs to the weary, the worn and the weak
And the same gentle hands that hold me when I’m broken
They conquered death to bring me victory
Now I know my Redeemer lives
I know my Redeemer lives
Let all creation testify
Let this life within me cry
I know my Redeemer, He lives
To take away my shame
And He lives forever I’ll proclaim
That the payment for my sin
Was the precious life He gave
But now He’s alive
And there’s a new day
And I know my Redeemer, He lives
I know my Redeemer lives
Let all creation testify
This life within me cries
I know my Redeemer lives
