• Best Friends Forever…

  You're.... my friend, my companion, through good times and bad, my partner, my buddy, through happy and sad, beside me you stand, beside me you walk, you're there to listen, you're there to talk, with happiness, with smiles, with pain and tears, I know you'll be there, throughout the years! Yesterday brought the beginning, tomorrow brings the end, and somewhere in the middle we became the Best of Friends....

  The best kind of friend is the one you could sit on a porch with, never saying a word, and walk away feeling like that was the best conversation you've had.... There is one friend in the life of each of us who seems not a separate person, however dear and beloved, but an expansion, an interpretation, of one's self, the very meaning of one's soul.... Oh, the comfort, the inexpressible comfort of feeling safe with a person, having neither to weigh thoughts nor measure words, but pouring them all out, just as they are, chaff and grain together, certain that a faithful hand will take and sift them, keep what is worth keeping, and with a breath of kindness blow the rest away....

  Think deeply. Speak gently. Love much. Laugh alot. Work hard. Give freely. Be kind... I believe that to be KIND is more important than to be RIGHT. Sometimes what people need is not a brilliant mind that speaks but a PATIENT HEART that LISTENS.
